Most people find us after a long stretch of feeling not-quite-right — often with "normal" lab work in hand and no clear direction. The discovery call is a short, free conversation designed to figure out whether we can help, and what working together would actually look like.
What we talk about
In fifteen minutes we'll cover:
- What's been going on with your health, in your words
- What you've already tried, and what helped (even a little)
- Any diagnoses, lab results, or referrals you want us to know about
- What you're hoping care can help you get back to
You don't need to prepare anything formal. If you have recent lab work, bring it up — but if you don't, that's exactly what we're here for.
What happens next
If it feels like a fit, the typical path looks like this:
- A discovery call — the conversation we're having now
- An initial consult — a deeper intake where we map out your history and agree on testing
- Test review — every result walked through together
- Check-ins — ongoing adjustments as your plan takes hold
And if we're not the right fit, we'll say so and point you toward something that might be. There's no commitment on a discovery call — it's a conversation, not a contract.
